Bob Davis has 30 years experience in Oil & Gas Operations, both domestic and international, both offshore and onshore, and has served as President of Signa Engineering Corp. since 1998.

Prior to becoming President of the company, Bob served as Executive Vice-President of Signa from 1994-1998. Before that, he served in several managing and executive positions for renowned operations companies, including Vice-President and COO of Golden Engineering, Inc. from 1989-1994, and as Vice-President of Keplinger Operating Company from 1981 until 1985.

Bob Davis worked at various technical service positions at Dresser Industries during his beginnings in the Oil & Gas business in the 1970s. He obtained a position as Field Supervisor at K&A Minerals Management in 1976, where he stayed until 1979. He served as Principal of Davis Drilling Consultants, Personnel & Training, Inc., for two years. During the mid-to-late 80s, Bob was Principal of Davis Oilfield Consulting Services.

As a member of the Project Management Institute and the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Bob Davis is extremely adept at the management of top-notch engineering firms such as Signa Engineering. He is also a member of the American Association of Drilling Engineers and the American Petroleum Institute.

In the late 1960s, Bob received his education at Sul Ross State College in Alpine, Texas, and Tarleton State College in Stephenville, Texas. He has contributed several published materials to the Oil & Gas industry, including co-authoring "Blowout Preventer Testing for Underbalanced Drilling" with C.R. "Rick" Stone, which was presented at the 1998 Summit on E&P Drilling Technologies, August 19.
