Upstream Oil & Gas Recruiter
- An experienced Upstream Oil & Gas Recruiter is needed for immediate employment. The successful candidate will be a top producer skilled in recruiting upstream engineering professionals. The candidate should have a BS degree in a science-related field and the potential to rise to another level. Experience in contract consulting recruiting is a must; direct hire recruiting is also a plus. Position requires a very motivated, flexible individual with strong recruiting and sales acumen who can work in a fast-paced environment. Fluids Engineering Consultants
- Fluids Engineering Consultants are needed on a contract basis for new division at Signa Engineering Corp. Position is responsible for fluids management of drilling, completion and workover projects in U.S. and around the globe. Experience in fluids/mud systems is required, as is operational experience with fluids / mud systems. Experience with managed pressure drilling, underbalanced drilling, horizontal drilling, coal bed methane, casing drilling or HPHT wells is a plus. Please include list of skillsets and areas of expertise.
Drilling Consultants
- Onshore Drilling Consultants are needed for drilling projects in the United States – more specifically Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, and the Rocky Mountain area. Position is responsible for overseeing all phases of drilling operations on location. Operational experience in managed pressure drilling, underbalanced drilling, horizontal drilling, coal bed methane, casing drilling or HPHT is a plus.
- Offshore Drilling Consultants are needed for deepwater and shelf drilling projects in the Gulf of Mexico. Position is responsible for overseeing all phases of drilling operations on location. Operational experience in any of the areas of managed pressure drilling, underbalanced drilling, horizontal drilling, casing drilling or HPHT is a plus.
- International Drilling Consultants are needed for drilling projects around the globe. These projects include land, jackup and deepwater operations. Candidates should be familiar with International travel and work. Position is responsible for overseeing all phases of drilling operations on location. Operational experience in any of the areas of managed pressure drilling, underbalanced drilling, horizontal drilling, coal bed methane, casing drilling or HPHT is a plus.

- Completions Engineers (Both onshore and offshore, domestic and international positions are available). Candidate should exhibit a minimum of 10 years experience in completions engineering. Engineer will work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and will be accountable for completion program preparation, flow modeling, stress analysis, equipment specification and selection, cost estimates post appraisals. Duties also include operations execution and evaluation, as well as post appraisals and documentation of key learning.
- In-house Engineer needed for full-time staff position. Candidate should exhibit a minimum of 10 years experience in the industry and must have experience in engineering design, casing design, directional plans and implementation, just to name a few. They should be familiar with cost analysis, drilling programs, completion programs, re-entry and sidetracks. Registered Professional Engineer preferred. Operational experience in any of the areas of managed pressure drilling, underbalanced drilling, horizontal drilling, coal bed methane, casing drilling or HPHT is a definite plus.
Training
- Training instructors needed. Positions are available for instructors familiar with technical aspects of planning and drilling operations. Instructors should have five years training experience. The positions are for Houston-area training jobs. Technical writing experience is desired, and a degree is a plus. Some travel required. Must be computer literate.
